3:30 gathering petitions in front of the Consulate General of Japan
4:00 delegates deliver the signed petition to the consulate (feel free
to go inside or show solidarity outside)
4:30 speech outside (we will have speakers, and I encourage everybody
to speak up)
5:00ish march toward Betchel
5:30 finale
– Brass Liberation Orchestra will be arriving from around 3:00, feel
free to dance or sing with them.
– There are lots of anti-nukes brown bags, and ribbons for translators!
